  A wonderful experience !! My wife and I celebrated our 2nd anniversary of when we first met. I had never been to 360 before, the only personal information I had was from the reviews. I suppose people like to complain, I honestly have no idea why. The staff were friendly and supportive, the service was very quick and the food absolutely amazing. Thank you for a fantastic night out. Cheers Steve

  We were seated 30 mins late (even though we made a booking, for a group of 8) and when we got up to the bar to wait, the reception downstairs called me to check if I was still coming for my booking even though we had already gone upstairs! Must have been some miscommunication there. We were told our table was ready so we got up and followed the waiter but then turns out it was not our table that was ready :( so we had to go sit back down at the bar.... when our table was FINALLY ready, unfortunately the waiter taking us to our table accidentally bumped into my friend and her drink spilt all over her... waiter did not apologise or did not even seem like she was aware of what happened! Nonetheless, the food was great and views were spectacular!! Just a bummer our dinner started the way it did
